MC is not responsible for incorrect product pages, and is under no obligation to fill an order that contains incorrect pricing or product information. MC reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason, including invalid pricing or computer errors. Payments: Payment must be made at the time of purchase. All sales are final and no refunds will be provided. In the event that a contact list you purchase here contains incorrect or out-of-date information, MC will make our best effort to correct the information. However we can not provide any assurance that we will be able to do so. Delivery: Once we have received payment, your contact list order will be delivered to you on a web page customized for your personal use. The customized web page will be available to you for 7 days following your purchase. Service and Support: We provide support to paying customers for 7 days following each purchase. Support is provided solely via email. You acknowledge that newspaper contact information can and does change over time, and that LettersToEditors.net will not provide you with updated information following your 7 day access period. Copyright and TrademarksCopyright: All materials published on LettersToEditors.net (including, but not limited to text, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips, collectively known as the "Content") are protected by copyright, and owned or controlled by Mondo Code LLC, or the party credited as the provider of the Content. MC may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict the use of any portion of LettersToEditors.net, including the availability of any portion of the Content at any time, without notice or liability. MC may deny access to any person or user at any time for any reason. In addition, MC may at any time transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any entity that acquires MC, LettersToEditors.net or any of their assets. This Terms of Service agreement will be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any action to enforce this agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Boulder, Colorado, within two months of the time in which the events giving rise to such claim began, or you agree to waive such claim.
